Nota is getting ready to complete its IPO on KOSDAQ in September. Nota specializes in lightweight and optimized artificial intelligence (AI) technology. The IPO price range is from 7,600 won to 9,100 won. The company plans to offer 2.916 million shares in this IPO.
The proposed IPO offering amount is 22.2 billion won to 26.5 billion won. The book building for institutional investors lasts from 12 to 18 September. Mirae Asset Securities is the lead underwriter of this IPO.
Major Shareholders - Kim Tae-Ho (CTO - Chief Technology Officer) is the largest shareholder of the company with a 14.04% stake. Chae Myung-Soo (CEO) is the second largest shareholder with a 9.27% stake. Both Kim Tae-Ho and Chae Myung-Soo graduated from KAIST (Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology) university with Masters degrees in 2015.

By automating complex model optimization and deployment processes, Nota (1823517D KS) reduces development and operational costs.
It has secured domestic and large foreign corporations and government agencies as its main customers. Collaborating with leading global AI semiconductor companies such as NVIDIA Corp (NVDA US), Samsung Electronics (005930 KS), ARM Holdings (ARM US), Qualcomm Inc (QCOM US), Sony Corp (SONY US), and Renesas Electronics (6723 JP), Nota has achieved numerous commercialization successes.
Furthermore, Nota Vision Agent (NVA) is one of the first commercially available generative AI-based intelligent video surveillance solution in Korea. Nota Vision Agent is being supplied to diverse sectors, including industrial safety, Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), retail, and screening control.
In April of this year, Nota signed a contract with the Dubai Transport Authority in the UAE to supply Korea's first generative AI solution, and in July, it completed implementation at Kolon Industries' Gimcheon 2 plant.
Nota was recently named to the "Global Innovative AI Startup 100" by global market research firm CB Insights. Nota was also selected as one of the five finalists for the "National AI" development project announced by South Korean Ministry of Science and ICT in August 2025.
